The clinic incorporates treatment for sports and day to day repetitive strain injuries in the form of soft tissue therapy.  I am highly skilled and use a personalized and effective approach considering all the factors that may contribute to your pain and injury.

 

I will work with you to develop "individual programs" that suit your needs based on the most recent scientific evidence and provide treatment, including Therapeutic Massage, Manual Therapy, Exercise prescription and education. Sessions combine manual therapy, joint mobilization, posture education, exercise prescription and other services to recover all the symptoms. I will assess the muscles, joints and neural systems to identify and treat the underlying cause properly.

I utilise Deep Oscillation® Therapy into my treatment which is a unique physical therapy that reduces tissue inflammation, decreases swelling and speeds up wound healing. The therapy uses electrostatic energy to knead deep, damaged tissue that cannot be effectively reached by manual massage. The electrostatic waves permeate the skin and can manipulate wounds and injuries up to 8cm below the skin surface.

I also offer gait analysis, functional movement screening and have completed a kinesiology taping course
