I’m Gillian Holton-Blake, founder and lead practitioner at NFHA. My background in Clinical Exercise Science, anatomy, physiology and advanced aesthetics shapes the way I work, with a strong focus on safety, natural-looking results and long-term skin health.
I don’t believe in over-treating or following trends for the sake of it. Sometimes the right option is a treatment, sometimes it’s skincare, and sometimes it’s simply doing less.
